Angela Sandino

Angela helps our partners build evidence-based English learner programs, including bilingual or dual-language immersion instructional systems, and provides technical assistance to states, districts and schools. With experience as a school and district leader, she supports projects that contribute to systemwide improvement of schools and districts. She received a B.A. in Spanish and anthropology at University of Oregon and an M.A. in curriculum and instruction at Michigan State University.
