Lisa Dillman

Lisa works on research and evaluation projects aimed at improving teaching and learning. Her skills include evaluation design, mixed-methods research, data analysis, and sharing findings with diverse audiences. Her focuses include logic model development and evaluation capacity building. Lisa earned a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s from Temple University in educational leadership and policy studies. She holds a Ph.D. from UCLA in education with a specialization in program evaluation. In her free time, she enjoys singing, swimming, and exploring her new home in the Pacific Northwest.

I love helping people and programs develop their own questions of practice and ways to answer those questions. Evaluation can be very empowering!
