Education Northwest provides technical assistance on design and implementation of measurement strategies and assessment tools for research and evaluation; data collection protocols and processes; data analysis and interpretation for new or existing data; graphic presentation and reporting of findings.

Evaluation of Literacy Initiatives

Evaluation services provide states, districts, and schools with key information about the implementation of their initiative, as well as the student outcomes. Education Northwest's Language & Literacy Unit evaluators specialize in the evaluation of reading projects and ELL instruction.

Evaluation of School- or Community-Based Mentoring Programs

The National Mentoring Center offers customized evaluation services designed to help youth mentoring programs measure the impact of their services and improve their program design.

Evaluation of Teaching American History (TAH) Initiatives

Education Northwest collaborates with TAH grant applicants to design proposal evaluation sections for projects that plan to use Education Northwest as their external evaluator.
