Emi Fujita-Conrads

Emi is experienced in using mixed methods designs, qualitative methods, and participatory and collaborative approaches in program evaluations. Her research interests focus on ways to enhance evaluation use for program improvement, methods for conducting social justice-focused and culturally responsive evaluations, and evaluation policy.

Prior to joining Education Northwest, Emi supported research and evaluation work at higher education institutions. She earned her doctorate in education, specializing in social research methodology, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
