Mark Endsley

Mark provides technical assistance and professional development to school leaders and state department of education staff, particularly around school improvement, teacher professional learning communities, and student engagement. He plays a major role in the organization's REL Northwest work, where he serves as co-leader of the Washington Educational Service District Network Alliance. The alliance works to improve coordination of teaching and learning services among the state's nine ESDs. Before joining Education Northwest, Mark was a lead researcher at the Education Policy Improvement Center and a director of K-16 alignment for the Oregon University System.
