Zoe works on several equity-oriented projects in the Center for Research, Evaluation, and Analysis at Education Northwest. She is passionate about using data to inform policy and eliminate social inequalities, and she has conducted research in many fields, from health care to human rights law. Zoe has a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Pacific Lutheran University and a certificate in data analytics and data visualization from the University of Minnesota.
