Matt loves collaborating with his colleagues on budgets and learning about the projects that they are working on. He enjoys seeing a project go from the proposal stage to providing services and deliverables for communities. He has worked at other nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and private consulting firms and found the staff members at Education Northwest to be some of the most engaged and enthusiastic professionals. For Matt, it is exciting to work with people who are passionate about what they do.
