Kathryn Rooney

Kathryn conducts a variety of research and evaluation studies at Education Northwest. She is experienced in research design, mixed-method data collection, analysis and reporting. Previously, Kathryn worked as a senior associate for 10 years for APA Consulting, leading a variety of evaluation and cost studies on early childhood and K-12 education. Kathryn earned an M.P.A. from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and a bachelor's degree in public policy/psychology from Pomona College. She enjoys running and spending time with family.
