Traci Fantz

(she, her, hers)

Associate, Applied Research & Equitable Evaluation

Traci is driven by a spirit of collegiality and a desire to fully engage with both the work and her teammates. She finds the greatest enjoyment in projects that include close collaboration and the opportunity to provide expertise and perspective.

Traci supports research and evaluation leads and teams through detailed-oriented tasks primarily focused on quantitative data. Her work supporting the accuracy of quantitative data and verifying quantitative elements through descriptive analysis iterations provides an independent perspective to project teams at Education Northwest.

Traci contributes detail-oriented tasks for research and evaluation projects with a focus on quantitative data. She uses Stata to help teams develop databases, including quality assurance reviews of data-cleaning syntax. Traci cleans, maintains, and uses databases combining various sources of data for school, district, state, and federal sources as well course-level and program-specific student-level data. Within project teams, she also prepares quantitative survey data for analysis. In collaboration with project teams, she also develops data displays, such as tables and graphs, and descriptive analysis and summaries for reports and presentations.
