The February convening will provide an opportunity for ISN members to share the progress they have made in establishing collaborative leadership within their districts and/or processes they’ve used from either In Praise of American Educators or Leaders Make it Happen. It will also be an opportunity for ISDE to report on issues in front of the legislature related to recruitment and retention of teachers. EdNW will distribute copies of the Regional Educational Laboratory (REL) Northwest’s Teacher Landscape Report. The objective of this meeting is to share best practices and to provide input on progress made across the state in educator recruitment.
