Bethany loves learning new things, so she gets great satisfaction through her work developing a wide variety of learning experiences, including in-person trainings, e-learning courses, monthly professional development webinars, and multi-week online learning and support for adults. Bethany enjoys working with teams and collaborating with a variety of people in her role as a project lead and instructional designer. She loves working with others and appreciates the gifts people bring to creating useful learning products.
In two decades at Education Northwest, Bethany has created varied adult learning products for government and nonprofit clients. A skilled project manager, Bethany has led development of online courses and modules in three languages, partnering with subject matter experts to meet the needs of learners. Notable projects include 53 courses for the Colorado Department of Early Childhood and two AmeriCorps VISTA webinar series that resulted in over 63 interactive webinars reaching 75–300 people per session. Before joining Education Northwest, Bethany did a year of AmeriCorps service in Washington state.
