Kate likes the challenge of project management—finding creative ways to balance workloads and meet deadlines while ensuring staff have ample time to do high-quality work. She also enjoys collaborating with others to produce and share resources that help improve equity in education.

Kate’s career goal early on was to apply her values and skills to meaningful, non-profit work. After a quarter century at Education Northwest, she feels lucky to have achieved that goal (with the bonus of having a lot of fun at work—thanks to her awesome colleagues)!
