Senior Human Resources Generalist

As a human resources professional, Shanelle enjoys acting as a bridge to unite the company’s mission with the best interests of its employees. Working in human resources gives her the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally and gain a greater appreciation for everyone’s contribution to driving the mission forward.

Prior to joining Education Northwest, Shanelle held multi-functional human resources roles where she was tasked with responding to high-priority business challenges and steering organizational change to promote employee development and engagement. She has spent much of her career working with nonprofit and human services agencies and finds it extremely satisfying to work for an organization that advocates for the best possible outcomes for others.
