Rebecca Moyer

Rebecca provides qualitative research and project management support to research, evaluation and technical assistance projects across Education Northwest.

Before joining Education Northwest, Rebecca was a research analyst at RTI International where she focused on research and evaluation projects designed to enhance career and technical education and career pathways at the secondary and postsecondary levels.

Rebecca holds an M.A. in International Training and Education from American University and a dual B.A. in Spanish Language and English Language and Literature from the University of Washington.
