Rosie Santana

Rosie Santana currently serves as a senior advisor in equity and school improvement focusing on technical assistance in the areas of literacy, English language learners, and equity. Her prior experience includes being the English Language Learner coordinator at Neuhaus Education Center (a literacy-development nonprofit) and as state-level school improvement coordinator in the Idaho.

Rosie offers consulting, coaching, and support at all levels of the school system centered on collective school improvement and student achievement and has worked with schools and districts around school effectiveness and building capacity for effective change. She earned her B.A in education from Boise State University and her M. Ed. in educational leadership from University of Idaho.
