Chasya joins Education Northwest as a Harvard Strategic Data Partnership data fellow. Her career in education policy research and evaluation is driven by a deep conviction that education is a cornerstone of success. She aspires to empower communities by assisting them in assessing and enhancing their educational programs, with the ultimate goal of helping students realize their full potential.
With over a decade of combined professional and academic research experience, Chasya has had the privilege of working on various impactful projects. Before her role at Education Northwest, she served as a supervisory senior research associate at the Washington State Institute for Public Policy, where she had the opportunity to lead or support a range of educational initiatives, including an evaluation of Washington's Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program. During her doctoral studies in economics at the University of Washington, she also collaborated with the Center for Workforce Development (now CERSE), deepening her commitment to the field of education.
