In their role, Gloria understands the value of great customer service and believes that excellence lies in attention to detail—the small stuff. Gloria has experience in organizations of different sizes and industries but found their passion for education at David Douglas School District, where they developed systems for leave management and workers’ compensation and helped create an environment of inclusivity and belonging by building trust and treating people with compassion and respect. Gloria approaches their work with self-awareness and curiosity—both are necessary to help people achieve their best. In their spare time, they serve on the board of a nonprofit that broadens access to bicycling.
