Elizabeth evaluates education programs for Education Northwest. She has several years of experience researching and evaluating programs across multiple areas, including early childhood, literacy, school safety, student health, STEM (science, technology, education, and math), English language learners, and high school graduation. She holds a master’s degree in human development and family studies from Oregon State University and a Ph.D. in applied developmental psychology and systems science from Portland State University. When not at Education Northwest, Elizabeth enjoys yoga, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
It is exciting to research and evaluate programs that shape educational practices because I believe that education is fundamental to development, even from the earliest age.
