Education Northwest has been providing consultation to schools, nonprofits, and community-based organizations for more than 50 years. Our consultants can provide professional development for staff and volunteers; help you develop culturally responsive, standards-based curricula; or offer guidance through difficult organizational transitions. Our experienced staff can also help with your strategic planning and infrastructure needs.
We create customized adult learning experiences in a variety of in-person and online formats. We specialize in working with nonprofit and community-based organizations to develop programs and experiences that deepen organizational impact and meet learners’ needs—whether in person or online, in real time or on demand. With deep experience in designing adult learning for populations that range from community volunteers and parents, to paraeducators, to nonprofit supervisors, we ensure that investments in professional learning pay rewards in new skills and changed behaviors.
Evaluation is an essential part of continuous improvement. Education Northwest works closely with our clients to ensure evaluations meet the needs of all stakeholders. Our evaluators have extensive knowledge and experience in engaging families and communities across multiple settings, including schools, early learning centers, before-school and afterschool programs, and other nonprofit and community-based settings.
