PARTNER: Washington DC Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE)

We converted a multi-day, in-person training workshop into a four-part, self-paced online learning series for career and technical education (CTE) teachers and administrators for the Washington, D.C., Office of the State Superintendent of Education. This series focused on how to analyze CTE student enrollment data, identify potential equity gaps in CTE participation, and create an actionable plan to address those gaps. Each eLearning module included high-quality custom graphics, animation, professional voiceover narration, and interactive activities to help learners apply newly acquired skills.
